Both in our stores and online, the real measure of Grooming Lounge success isn’t financial, but rather the satisfaction level of our guests. Now don’t get us wrong, we are indeed capitalists. That said, these capitalists are keenly aware that solid financial results are only possible if guests are singing our praises.  In fact, guest referrals and return guests account for more than 92.3% of our giant marketing plan.

In any case, here are the last 10 or so online reviews we’ve received for our web site.  They are not edited in any manner (you’ll notice that as we haven’t corrected a single typo) and judge for yourself how we’re doing.

 - The Grooming lounge is a high end store dedicated to male hygiene. The prices are a little bit high, but reasonable for the products offered. The nice thing is that they have really great brand selection and can deliver quickly to any area of the nation. They also tend to add little free samples in your order. The order is stylishly packed in dark blue paper.

 -  I love this site. The prices are bit high, but the products are top of the line, so it’s worth it. I will only every buy from their site.

 - The Web site needs updating to be compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.

 - Surprisingly smooth transaction.

 - Exelent service I bought a lot of times from this store, and was satisified everythime with the products service and price.Also the return is very fast and no questions about why you returned it.  

- I have been using Grooming Lounge for 4 years now…I find the products to be some of the best men’s grooming products around (with reviews by other guys)and the convenience is awesome. The pricing for the most part is right in line with other sites that I visit, but rather than visit several sites, everything I needs is here.

 – The only category I rate low or poor is pricing. The Grooming Lounge is equally competitive; their prices are no better than a department store’s or other merchant’s. I feel The Grooming Lounge should be a little cheaper, that way it would draw in a wider customer base. Thank you.

 –  I tend to spend the extra buck to get quality products. I came across Grooming Lounge in one of the many male magazines (might have been Details) and so I checked out the website. The website is easy to use. Lots of product info. I have used many products over the last few years – ZIRH, Aveda, Lab Series, to name a few of the most prominent, and I must say that Grooming Lounge products are of excellent quality. I’m 25, and have sensitive skin – especially around the neck – and I recently purchased the Shave Kit and it’s awesome! Some items are on the expensive side, and if you shopped around you may find an item that costs a little less. For instance, they sell a professional trimmer from Forex (it’s GREAT!!!) and if you were to order it directly from Forex it only costs $49.99 vs $69.99 at Grooming Lounge. Nonetheless, for the most part, prices are highly competitive and the ease of finding high quality products all in one site is awesome in itself. I would highly recommend this merchant. Shipping was super fast. Spend the $100 bucks and you get free shipping. Orders also come with free samples of various product lines. All good stuff. The way the items are packaged is even great! They throw navy tissue paper in the boxes! I will definitely be a Grooming Lounge customer for a long time to come. Check out the Grooming Lounge Product Line – slightly cheaper than some other brands, and EXCELLENT quality. Return policy and customer service are great as well.

 – These guys are the best.  We love them, but they never call and both need to clean thier rooms.   Pirooz’s & Mike’s Moms
