Although we strive to operate with the energy and intensity of a brand-new start-up, truth is Grooming Lounge has been around for awhile. During these 10+ years, one of the “beacons” that has guided our best work has been a set of Core Values. These values have continually evolved and been added to (many respectively borrowed from companies we admire like Zappos or Zingermans) — giving our team its bearings as our store, online and manufacturing businesses have matured.
