Although we strive to operate with the energy and intensity of a brand-new start-up, truth is Grooming Lounge has been around for awhile. During these 10+ years, one of the “beacons” that has guided our best work has been a set of Core Values. These values have continually evolved and been added to (many respectively borrowed from companies we admire like Zappos or Zingermans) — giving our team its bearings as our store, online and manufacturing businesses have matured. Anyway, we’re proud of these values internally and can’t see any reason not to share with our valued partners and guests. Please let us know if we’re surpassing or falling short.
