We’re Begging You… Please Tear Us A New One

It’s certainly not a secret that the economy is in the crapper nowadays and that generally spells trouble for retailers, service businesses and pretty much every other type of business out there (except for you Mr. Bankruptcy attorney). In fact, most marketing professors would probably shake their finger at us for starting off a blog reminding and referencing this dollar downturn — saying that an e-commerce-related business shouldn’t proactively remind consumers of the money crunch on the same site they are trying to extract payment from consumers on. 

We think that’s baloney.  Instead of wallowing in monetary sorrows, the Grooming Guys think it’s an opportunity for any business to get back to basics.  To realize that when money is tighter, instead of figuring out ways to slash things, businesses should be figuring out things to improve on.  By doing things better, providing better products, service and services, consumers are more likely to remain loyal no matter the Dow.  To spend their hard-earned bucks with a biz because that biz’s way of doing business is sooo special and sooo tailored and sooo perfected, it’s something tooo good to do without.  In a nutshell, it’s worth the money every time and anytime.

So with that long-winded intro behind us, we ask that you please beat the absolute crap out of our business. We want the good, the bad and the ugly.  If there’s something we missed on your order one time, a time you came in one of our stores and weren’t greeted properly, a service we don’t provide, a poster of ours that pissed you off, a product that under performs, etc. — we want to know about it. Nothing is out of bounds as we just want the feedback to make our business the best. Go ahead, take out your frustrations on us.  We promise to not take it personally and will use it to make your interactions with us even better.
