A few weeks back we mentioned in a rather excited manner how we were going to be featured on Home Shopping Network (HSN). It was a great opportunity for us as it was going to provide the chance for Grooming Lounge to introduce our great products to millions of folks who would have otherwise had nary a clue of who we are or what we do. We thought it would change the way America shaves. Really.
Fast forward to today and you’ll notice we haven’t said much about that lately and haven’t provided any updates. Why? Oh well… that would be because after making a crap-load of special products for the Direct-To-Consumer network, travelling back and forth to thier offices, training, etc., we were told the project was on hold. HSN was more than professional and we still have hope it will work out next year, but for now they said, with the economy and such, they have to stick with some tried and true formulas. We understand, but, what bummer. Stand by for a razor burn epidemic.
So what’s the upside? Easy. We are now in possesion of thousands and thousands of Grooming Lounge Greatest Shave Ever “To Go” kits. Thousands more than we thought we would have. These travel-size sets are simply awesome for newbies to Grooming Lounge and make great gifts for guys.
