Via our web site and stores we get a ton of feedback and reviews on our products and services. We take these reviews very seriously – and it goes without saying that we’re delighted when said reviews are positive. Lately, we’ve really been looking at these reviews closer than ever to determine how, in these toughest of economic times, we can serve our loyal customers better. So with that in mind, the Grooming Guys studied our last 100 reviews. Thought we’d share them in un-edited form for you (we swear), including leaving in any typos and less-than-stellar comments. - The Grooming Lounge was a pleasure to shop at. Not only did I find what I needed quickly, the product reviews and helpful advice made it even better. My order arrived in a few days and very happy.

- i was astounded at the price you charged me for such a small bottle of colgne I have bought this brand of colgne many times and have never gotten such a small bottle. The bottle has always been twice that size for less money. What a shame! I will never use your company again.
- I tend to spend the extra buck to get quality products. I came across Grooming Lounge in one of the many male magazines (might have been Details) and so I checked out the website. The website is easy to use. Lots of product info. I have used many products over the last few years – ZIRH, Aveda, Lab Series, to name a few of the most prominent, and I must say that Grooming Lounge products are of excellent quality. I’m 25, and have sensitive skin – especially around the neck – and I recently purchased the Shave Kit and it’s awesome! Some items are on the expensive side, and if you shopped around you may find an item that costs a little less. For instance, they sell a professional trimmer from Forex (it’s GREAT!!!) and if you were to order it directly from Forex it only costs $49.99 vs $69.99 at Grooming Lounge. Nonetheless, for the most part, prices are highly competitive and the ease of finding high quality products all in one site is awesome in itself. I would highly recommend this merchant. Shipping was super fast. Spend the $100 bucks and you get free shipping. Orders also come with free samples of various product lines. All good stuff. The way the items are packaged is even great! They throw navy tissue paper in the boxes! I will definitely be a Grooming Lounge customer for a long time to come. Check out the Grooming Lounge Product Line – slightly cheaper than some other brands, and EXCELLENT quality. Return policy and customer service are great as well.
- The order did not ship for a full week after I purchased it. I was never notified as the website says it will if there is a delay in your shipping. It was only after I contacted them that I found out about the delay in shipping. That being said, I have been doing business with the GL for over a year now and this is my first and only complaint. These guys are truly a first rate company.
- I bought a gift certificate and some Balla powder for my husband and friend. Everything was delivered quickly and packaged very nicely. The Grooming Lounge fills a niche that I dont feel anyone else does. Its really a unique place! Highly recommend. Kathryn Stafford, Virginia

- I have been a repeat customer of the Grooming Lounge. Their product line is excellent, the quality of their product line (the manufacturers whose goods they sell) and their service is excellent. I have never had a problem with any order from the Grooming Lounge my one contact with them in which I suggested that they might consider a travel pac for fliers in a post 3.5oz flying world; their response was to send me a prototype built out of samples. My only frustration is that I cant access one of their retail outlets directly!
