This January we were in the office when Grooming Guy Pirooz strolled in with a messenger-type bag I just had to ask him about. “It’s a Jack Spade” he said. Recalling that I indeed carried a Jack Spade wallet (albeit not nearly as hip as the ones we are carrying now), we had a kismet moment. Meaning, we realized that Jack Spade made products we should try to carry at Grooming Lounge. Sure, Jack’s products (it’s really Andy Spade who makes them — and yes for you guys who are familiar with the women’s brand Kate Spade — there is a connection) weren’t really traditional grooming goods. But, they did represent a lifestyle element that is essential for a Grooming Lounge type of guy. And with that, we set off to stalk the good folks at Jack Spade to allow us to represent their great line.
And here it is 10/08 and Jack Spade leather goods are here. Fresh from the Big Apple, Jack’s stuff looks great, is made of quality materials and all pieces are ultra-functional.
