We’re Grooming Guys and spend the majority of our time working with men on how to improve their physical appearance — mainly focusing on their hair, skin and nails. Looking dapper in these areas certainly goes a long way toward making a gentleman feel truly gentlemanly and impressing those who need to be impressed.
That said, there are certain things outside the realm of grooming that also contribute to a man’s “put togetherness.” Attire is right at the top of this list and a man’s wardrobe obviously plays a big role in the way he is viewed. But often overlooked in this wardrobe is the most suave accessory out there, a small item that sets any guy apart and immediately envelops him with an aura of classic coolness. We’re talking about the luxury pen.
Everyday in our stores we have the privilege of providing services to hundreds of gentlemen. Most of the time these gentlemen pay for said services with a credit card and sometimes, if we’re lucky, these gents will refuse our pen and pull their own out of their jacket and sign away. When they reach for such a “piece,” you’re pretty much guaranteed a Bic ain’t coming out of that coat. Instead, nine times out of 10 they’ll be wielding a Montblanc, Dunhill or a Waterford. It makes us proud… the whole “let me use my pen” thing is the the kind of thing James Bond or Dean Martin would probably do. Who knows?
Anyway, the point is, carrying your own luxury pen is dapper as can be. Don’t you ink?
